- Dinner Plain via Mt Hotham or do the loop on to Omeo and around the Mitta Mitta road, back via the dirt road across the Bogong High Plans to Falls Creek, and down to the Kiewa Valley before returning to Harrietville over Tawonga Gap.
- Kiewa Valley and Mt Beauty (or on to Bogong Village and Falls Creek (visit heritage cattleman’s hut – Wallaces Hut)
